I was seen last week in clinic , my first appointment. Mr SenGupta was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. He reassured me about my condition and gave me lots of advice about keeping my condition under some sort of control. He also advised me of another condition that he spotted on a scan I had months ago , that he thinks should be kept an eye on . Nobody else had even mentioned this and I was told that there was nothing to report! Mr Sengupta is going to arrange regular checks . Thank you

Mr sengupta put me totally as ease about my hydrocele procedure I was nervous about surgery initially however I trusted him and the team at bury at Edmunds hospital totally and cannot fault the operation or the level of care I received on my overnight stay My hydrocele has totally gone and my stitches have nearly disappeared with no noticeable scarring I am very pleased and greatful for being under his attention Thanks Michael becker

I have just had my third visit to ward F5 in the care of Mr Sengupta as part of my on-going treatment for bladder cancer. Again this has been conducted with the utmost professionalism from everyone and I am fully confident about the care I receive.

I was made a part of the decision making process and the procedure, its risks and benefits were all fully and clearly explained to me. Mr Sengupta displayed a level of care, guidance and follow-up that that was invaluable in helping me through a very anxious few days. The surgical team at West Suffolk were also assisted by an equally professional and caring anaesthetic team. Many thanks to all involved in my surgical procedure and stay in hospital, which proved to be far better than I was expecting and a credit to the National Health Service - long may it continue and West Suffolk Hospital your doing a fantastic job. In short, if in the future West Suffolk was my hospital and Mr Sengupta my surgeon, I would feel confident of a good outcome and a relatively low stress experience.
